Apple Chicken Salad Wrap Recipe

4 large whole wheat wraps or fat free whole wheat wraps
1/2 cup light mayonnaise or Roasted Red Onion Mayonnaise Recipe
1 - 16 ounce can chicken meat, drain off liquid {save the chicken broth for chicken stock later. }
1 large tart apple, washed, corded and cut into small chunks
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green onion
lettuce leaves

Apple Chicken Salad Wrap Directions

Mix mayonnaise, canned chicken, chopped apples, celery and green onions. Spread apple chicken salad on whole wheat wrap top with lettuce leaves and roll. secure with two tooth picks then cut apple chicken wraps in half. Garnish apple chicken wraps with tomato slices.
