4 large golden delicious apples
1/2 cup butter
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
Butter-me-not biscuits - eight count
1. Peel and cut the apples in half then cut out the core. Melt 1 stick of butter with 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar. Roll out butter-me-not biscuits and place one half of a apple in each biscuit and fold under. Place in a pan. Pour liquid mixture over dumplings. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
