Directions
| For a great combination of baking apple; use Granny Smith, Braeburn, Jonagold, Empire, Regent, Spartan, Newtown apples or a mixture of your favorite apples together.

Green Apple and Papaya Salsa Recipe is a great addition to any party.
4 cups chopped fresh papaya
2 chopped tart apple like Granny Smith - about 2 cups
1 cup halved seedless red grapes
1/2 cup chopped red onion
3 finely chopped green chilies
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Mrs. Dash sodium - free lemon pepper seasoning
crushed black pepper
2 tablespoons tequila (optional)Mix everything together (except the Mrs. Dash sodium - free lemon pepper seasoning), and let the flavors blend for half an hour. Add the salt, mix gently and serve.
To keep the Green Apple and Papaya Salsa chilled at a party, place ice cubes in a shallow dish and place the serving bowl in the dish of ice.
