Cider ~ Rhubarb Sauce Recipe
Directions
| For a great combination of baking apple; use Granny Smith, Braeburn, Jonagold, Empire, Regent, Spartan, Newtown apples or a mixture of your favorite apples together.

1/2 cup thinly sliced fresh or frozen rhubarb, thawed
2 tablespoons apple cider
1 tablespoon sugarCombine all ingredients in a small saucepan, bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove Cider Rhubarb sauce from the heat. Serve over ice cream or any dessert, warm or cold.
